Use the cards

Using game cards - which bring you to a new digital strategy in 12 steps - participants learn to make choices, set priorities, and build a coherent digital strategy.

The game forces you to think about what AI can mean for your organisation, not as a standalone phenomenon, but as an integral part of your strategy. You learn how to use AI in answering the questions on the card and to eventually formulate the digital strategy statement.

AI as a solution: from analysis to action

But AI isn’t just a tool for developing your strategy - it’s also a powerful means to achieve your goals. In this training, participants learn how to use AI to solve real business problems, provided these problems are first thoroughly analysed.

Here’s how it works in practice:

You bring your own business case: a challenge your organisation is facing.
You analyse this problem using methods, such as the OGSM framework (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures), to clarify what exactly needs to change.
You then explore how AI - or other digital technologies - can contribute to the solution, whether through automation, predictive analytics, or improving customer interactions.

The best part? You don’t just learn theoretically, you apply it directly to your own situation. This way, you leave the training with a concrete action plan you can implement the very next day.
