A digital strategy bridges the gap between emerging opportunities and business goals, helping you adapt, grow, and stay ahead of the curve in a world where technology constantly redefines industries.
The Digital strategy training provides participants with the methodologies, practical examples, and tools to create, share, execute, measure and optimise digital strategies for a successful digital transformation.

Upon completion, each participant can lead teams in the creation of digital strategies and guide the organisation in aligning strategy with execution and continuous improvement.

The participants use the included 'Strategy in Digital transformation' book and other workshop materials as a guide.

Participants will receive the 'TIMAF Digital strategy Specialist' certificate.

Day 2 - Create, share, execute, measure and optimise strategies
On the second day, you will learn how to create digital strategies, using OGSM and the TIMAF Digital strategy game. Then we cover how to optimally share your strategies. You learn how the Obeya can help you to align strategy with execution. You will learn how to measure and continuously optimise your strategies.

Day 3 - Prepare and present the digital strategy *
On the third day, you will prepare the digital strategy for your business case. In the afternoon all attendees present the digital strategy.

* For the 2-day online training:
At the end of the 2-day online training, you prepare the digital strategy and share it with the trainer. The trainer will give you feedback and some advice on the next steps.
