Protection of personal data

TIMAF will never sell and/or provide your personal data to third parties, with the exception of authorized authorities and then only when this request for inspection is legally required.

Which data do we collect?

When you register for our newsletter, meeting or training, fill in a contact form or make an application for one of our products and/or services, you will be asked to enter your details. We only process data that you provide to us yourself. This can be the following data:

For what purpose do we use your personal data? 

The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

We use your first name, last name and e-mail address to send commercial newsletters via WIX. We only do this with the data that we have obtained through your registration for the newsletter, not with data that comes in via our registration and contact forms or via e-mail. We use your IP address in the newsletter to measure opening and clicking on the newsletter via WIX.

The deletion of your data takes place after you have unsubscribed with the management function that can be found at the bottom of every newsletter, or via a direct request from you. 

 

The first name, last name, address details, e-mail address and telephone number that you enter in a contact form and a registration form for a training, meeting or otherwise are used to answer the contact request or to arrange your registration. This data comes in via our mail application. After 3 years of inactivity, your data will be deleted. 

 

We use your IP address when you visit one of our websites for anonymous measurement of the number of visits, visitors, origin and clicks via WIX. 

Your data on TIMAF websites 

If you have subscribed to our newsletter or have completed a contact form, and do not wish to receive an email from us in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us. record. Your e-mail address will then be immediately removed from our file and will not be saved.

Your personal data is stored in our e-mail system and this goes through Apple's servers. Apple's servers are located in the United States. Your data can therefore be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. The transfer of this data takes place on the basis of the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and in accordance with Apple's privacy policy. 

Security of personal data 

We have taken appropriate technical measures to protect personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption by means of an SSL certificate and active management of the websites and security, ensure a level of security that is appropriate to the data we process. 

Cookies

A cookie is a small file that is sent by our websites and placed by your browser on the device you use to visit our websites. The information stored in the cookie can be sent back to our websites when you visit the websites again. Cookies are used for the best possible functioning of these websites.​

Web analytics

Cookies are also placed by our stats package from WIX. We would like to know how our visitors use the websites and how many people visit our websites each month, so that we can optimize the use of the websites.

Of course we do not want you to be followed undesirably, but we want to provide you with the best possible service and for that we need good statistics. At WIX, the information is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is emphatically not used. We therefore cannot trace you personally.

Retention period

We do not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. When you unsubscribe from our e-mails, your personal data will be removed from the system at the latest at the end of the relevant month.

We keep the data in our financial administration system for at least 7 years, among other things to comply with all our legal obligations. This data will be deleted by us within 1 year after the expiry of this obligation.

The above term applies, provided that there are further legal obligations for us to keep the data longer and / or to keep it available. 

Rights

You always have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data, after which we will no longer process your data. Withdrawing this consent does not affect the lawfulness of our data statement based on your consent, which took place before this withdrawal.
