After two years of thinking, reading, writing, and editing, the time has almost come: the long-awaited book Strategy in Digital Transformation will be published in October. This practical guide helps you develop concrete digital strategies and then implement them successfully.

The book also comes with a set of tools that you can use right away, such as playing cards, a workshop presentation, exercises, and live examples for inspiration. Later this year, TIMAF will publish an online training course based on the book.
European launch
We are turning the book launch into an international celebration, starting with Switzerland and Austria during two Advatera conferences.
October 28, Brugg (Switzerland)

We will launch the TIMAF book ‘Strategy in Digital Transformation’ in October during the Advatera Swiss Leadership Forum in Brugg, Switzerland. Erik will give a keynote speech on the role of Obeya in connecting strategy with execution for a successful digital transformation.
