Training BPM Specialist
The four-day training Business Process Management (BPM) teaches participants how customer and organisation process can be continuously optimised and contribute to a successful digital transformation.
Business Process Management (BPM)

Business process management (BPM) is a framework for identifying, discovering, analysing, optimising, simulating, implementing, and monitoring customer and organisational processes.

BPM is essential in digital transformation because it helps to optimise the "nerve pathways of the organisation," namely the customer and organisational processes.
The four-day Business Process Management (BPM) training provides participants with the methodologies, practical examples, and tools to identify, discover, analyze, optimize, simulate, implement, and monitor customer and organizational processes, making the organization's digital transformation successful.

Upon completion, each participant will have a set of methodologies, tools, and practical examples to take the lead in the changes necessary to achieve a successful digital transformation within the organization.
Participants will receive the 'TIMAF BPM Specialist' certificate.
This training is available as in-company, online, or 'blended'.

For Dutch speaking participants this training is also offered as open subscription in Utrecht (NL) in April and November.
