1. STRATEGY & VISION – How is AI currently integrated into your organisation’s digital strategy?

There is a great deal of resistance to AI; employees do not see it as adding value.

Employees are neutral, but have little knowledge of AI.

There is enthusiasm, but there is still a lack of adequate training or support.

Employees embrace AI and see the benefits, but there are still challenges with implementation.

AI is fully accepted and employees are actively involved in its further development.

4. ADDED VALUE & IMPACT – What is the greatest added value that AI has delivered for your organisation so far?

We have not yet seen any measurable added value.

AI has led to minor efficiency improvements (e.g. time savings).

AI has improved the quality of our processes or decision-making.

AI has had a significant impact on cost savings, customer satisfaction or innovation.

The AI is a game-changer for our organisation and has created new opportunities.

5. FUTURE & PRIORITIES – Which AI initiatives are high on the agenda for the next 12 months?

We do not yet have any concrete plans for AI initiatives.

We want to experiment with one or two new AI applications.

We are going to roll out AI in specific departments or processes.

We want to implement AI on a scalable basis across our entire organisation.

We are aiming to become an AI-driven organisation characterised by continuous innovation and optimisation.
